CRESCENDO

by LUCA PEVERE

The repetition of modules of different lengths gives rise to a series of levels and geometric frets useful for interior designers and architects to visually break up vertical surfaces; from the configuration of the three different panels, it is therefore possible to obtain boiserie, ceiling cornices and skirting boards with a rational and contemporary language, working on aesthetics that could be elegant and sober.

Following the matrix, the panels can all be equally cut and vertically joined in continuity.

The name "Crescendo" indicates a collection in progress that can decrease or increase in complexity, and which pursues a type of sustainability not only linked to the material, also to aesthetics. A balanced aesthetic based on a timeless sign - the line - made to last beyond fashion.

Our panels are supplied without their finishes, with the colour of their base and recycled particles, making them very easy to assemble and putty.

The subsequent co!our application can be done simply by roller or spray to match the rest of the colours of the architectural space, creating endless colour and texture options.

LUCA PEVERE

After graduating and training in Milan, in 2006 he moved back to his region, Friuli Venezia Giulia, where, in the historic fortress-city of Palmanova he founded the “LucidiPevere” design studio together with Paolo Lucidi.

Since 2021 he has also been working as a freelancer, personally following some of the most prestigious brands in the furniture industry such as Agape, Arflex JP, Danao Living, De Padova, Driade, Foscarini, Gebrüder Thonet Vienna, Hem, Kristalia, Ligne Roset, Living Divani, Porro, Roda, Stylex, Zanotta, and many others.

His origins – Friuli Venezia Giulia is a borderland and historical crossroads of cultures – made him a designer particularly open to the concept of diversity, often intended as a quest for all the possible design meeting points between form, archetype, materials, and technologies. He strongly believes in human relationships and long-lasting products, for which he is constantly looking for a “pragmatic poetics” able to balance the corporate identity with the key element of the project.

Over the years he has taught and held lectures in several design faculties as well as collaborated with a lot of international companies considered benchmarks in various sectors, including furniture, lighting, bathroom, and home accessories. Some of his creations have received awards and recognitions – such as Designpreis Deutschland, Red Dot Design Award, IF Design Award, Good Design and two “Golden Compass” Honorable Mentions – and are now exhibited in the most important international museums.
